TERMS & CONDITIONS

Attendance: You will be asked to fill out and sign a daily attendance sheet. You must attend all scheduled sessions in order to satisfactorily complete the class.
Class Cancellation/Substitution: You may cancel your registration up to ten (10) business days before the class begins and we will refund your fully paid tuition less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for the comprehensive class or In-Year course is $50; for the Short Class Workshops, it is $20.00; for the Teaching Tools Workshops, it is $15.00.
If you need to cancel less than ten (10) days before a class begins, you may
- send a substitute from your organization; or
- transfer 80% of your registration fee to another class of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original class.
A transfer fee of 20% will be deducted from the available funds.
There are no tuition refunds on or after the first day of the class. Classes may be cancelled by the Institute due to low enrollment. The full class registration payments will be refunded in such situations.
Materials: The class registration fee includes the Slingerland materials that will be used in this class. The class instructor will deliver materials on the first day of the class. The instructor will also notify you if you need to bring any additional outside materials. You will receive a class confirmation email with additional details for your class site. Credit Card: You may pay the full balance at checkout using our online credit card payment system. If you need to do partial payments, please select the "Pay by Other Option" at checkout.
Purchase Orders: If paying by purchase order, please add the PO number in the space provided on the payment page under "Additional Information" and fax a copy of the PO within five days of completing this registration. Your registration is not complete until we receive a copy of the PO.
2nd Party/Title Funds: If paying by 2nd Party/Title Funds, please fax a copy of the title funds application to the SIL Office. Include a copy of your Summer Comprehensive Class registration form. Your registration is not complete until we have received a copy of the title funds application and/or supporting paperwork showing you have applied for the funds.
